A booking platform that actually takes bookings

A full booking-and-membership platform for an indoor tennis and pickleball facility — real accounts, live Stripe payments, and an admin system — replacing a WordPress site whose booking page hadn't processed a working transaction in months.

The Beasts home page hero: an indoor pickleball rally behind the headline “Your Home for Tennis & Pickleball. Huntingdon Valley, PA.”
The storefront — a real brand, not a WordPress template.
Schedule page titled “This week at TBTP” with filter chips for session type and skill level above a seven-day grid of open play, lesson, and tournament cards showing prices and spots left
The live schedule — every session priced, levelled, and bookable.
Court rental flow with a 10 PM slot marked “Selected” in the four-court grid and a “Lock in your court” panel showing court, date, duration, player count, and price
Court rental: pick a day, a duration, and an open hour — the panel carries it to Stripe.
Tournaments page with the headline “Bring your A-game. Take home the trophy.” beside a photo of three podium finishers wearing medals
Tournaments run through the same booking system — no more “Registration Closed”.
“Four ways to play” pricing grid: open play $15, ladder league $80 per season, court rental $40 per hour, tournaments $15+, plus clinics, private lessons, and ball-machine rental
Public pricing for every format — the owner edits it without a developer.

The problem

The client had no real way to take a booking online. Their site ran on a generic WordPress template with a bolted-on plugin: every tournament listing was a word-for-word copy of the others, and every single one said “Registration Closed.”

Payment ran through a Venmo QR code taped to the page — no receipts, no records, nothing tied to an account. The “book a court” flow quoted pricing nobody had touched in months, and the site's login system was completely disconnected from anything the business actually used.

What we built

We built a complete platform from the ground up. Members get real accounts with real-time booking for open play, private lessons, tournaments, and court rentals — with skill-level and DUPR tracking so sessions match players correctly.

Payments run live through Stripe, webhook-verified, processing real transactions. The owner runs the business from an admin system: a schedule editor with recurring sessions, booking management, a member roster, inquiry tracking, and a revenue dashboard.

Automated email covers confirmations, cancellations, and a daily operations digest. Error monitoring and analytics were wired in from day one — tuned to filter out noise so real problems don't get buried — alongside SEO and performance work so the site is fast and actually discoverable.
